These services are subject to the general conditions referenced and accepted on the web page and in accordance with the prices, rates and cancellation conditions shown at the moment of making a reservation. The web page will inform you about the booking process.

Both the legal notice and privacy policy are important and integral parts of the General Conditions.

Reservation of the products offered by SOLWAYS can only be made by a person of age and with full legal capacity, in keeping with the law in force. Therefore, You:

* Shall not use the web page for any purpose other than for booking a SOLWAYS product

* Shall not post, transmit or extend on this web page, or through it, any information which is or may be illegal, obscene, disparaging or otherwise harmful to SOLWAYS´ rights or to those of third parties.

We have designated a Privacy Officer to ensure our compliance with legislation and this policy. What categories of personal information will Solways collect and hold?

When you browse this site, we do not collect personal information about you. The only way we can collect any kind of personal information is if you give it to us.

We may also provide your information to a third party credit card processing company that will use your information in settling your account with your bank or card issuer.

When you view our Web site by linking from another Web page we may store the name of that Web page for purposes of internal administration. Also please note that any contact with Solways, either online or by telephone, may be recorded for training and monitoring purposes.

All personal information is stored in secure databases at secure addresses to prevent unauthorized access.

Where are the credit/debit card numbers stored?

Your credit/debit card number is not stored on any file within the Solways Web site and is only used to complete the transaction. The credit/debit number is passed through to our credit/debit card company for validation and debit via our booking system. Once you enter your credit/debit number it is encrypted so that nobody else can read it, and is not printed out or displayed on any other computer.

How will I know if you change this privacy policy?

Any changes to the Privacy Policy will be made to this page. Your continued use of this site will constitute your agreement to the changed Terms and Conditions of using this site.

Solways, its employees, contractors, agents, and owners are not responsible for the privacy policies or content of any Web site which it may link to.

How can I access the personal information Solways has about me?

We will establish and maintain a file of personal information about each Solways customer. Your file will be kept by us and will be accessible to you. Only Solways employees, agencies and advisors who need access to your file in the course of their duties and for the purposes identified will be given access to it.

You have the right to access your file and to request rectification of any personal information in it that may be obsolete, incomplete or incorrect. You can request the Customer Access to Personal Information Request Form by writing to the Privacy Officer at our offices in Havana.

We will take steps to validate the identity of the person making the request to ensure we do not provide information to anyone not authorized to receive it. We may use your personal information to do so. Normally we will respond to your request within 30 days of receiving it.

Please read the policies and conditions listed below in full detail before continuing. By agreeing to these terms you acknowledge having reading and understood all terms and conditions relating to the policies.

Your credit card will be debited after making your reservation for the indicated amount at the time of booking. The charge will be in EURO currency and your bill will state: GESTION HOT. TURISTICA MESOL S.A.

Solways acts as a general sales agent for the sale of carrier transfer fares. All transfers require prepayment. Your credit card will be debited within 24 hours after making your reservation. A written confirmation and details of the transfer will be sent to you at the moment of confirming a booking.

Rates
Transfer rates are subject to change except when reservations have been confirmed. All rates are quoted in Euros.

Transfers from 1 to 3 persons will be carried out in air-conditioned taxis driven by bilingual English/Spanish speaking drivers. We also provide transfer services for smalls groups of 4 to 6 persons in air-conditioned minibuses.

For private transfers, all suggestions by our clients shall be seriously taken into consideration.

Collective shuttle
Collective shuttle buses to Varadero are also available at lower rates since it’s not a private transfer. The bus will pick you up at your hotel in Havana and will leave you at your hotel in Varadero. Remember that the trip may be slightly longer because it picks up passengers at various hotels in Havana and distributes them in different hotels in Varadero as well. Passengers must take into consideration the importance of timing, since a lot of persons depend on your punctuality.

Transfers will be available at the time and location of your request. Any change must be informed within 72 hrs. Reservations must be made a week before you plan to use them.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
Once you have paid for your reservation, the following cancellation policy applies:
When you cancel the reservation 48 hours before your intended arrival date, we will refund you the total amount that you paid for your reservation.

When you cancel the reservation within 48 hours or less of the date of arrival or no show up there it ll be no refunds.
